I reached out to Keleen for some nutrition advice when I decided to try to play professional soccer. Getting back into training and pushing my body in ways I had not been pushed in years was daunting and a bit overwhelming. It was obvious Keleen would have some good insight for me on the nutrition side, considering all she has accomplished with her body. But I soon realized her insight was not limited to nutrition.
